- If you require a certain time that is unavailable, please give me a message on instagram x_julieduncanbeauty_x and I will try to accommodate you as best I can.

- A deposit for certain treaments is required upon booking.

- An email confirmation of your appointment will be sent out to you when you book and an email reminder will be sent the day before.

- A patch test is required if you are new to Lash lifts, eyelash tints & eyebrow tints. Please book your patch test on the online booking system 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.

- My diary is open 12 weeks in advance. In some exceptional cases, I will allow further bookings and you can get in touch directly.

Cancellation policy

Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment - No charge

Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment - Full charge

* Bank transfer, card payment and cash are all accepted.
